The Long-Term Recovery Group of Northern Colorado (LTRG-NoCo) has moved its office location and changed its operating hours.
As of August 20, 2013, the LTRG-NoCo office is now located at Christ United Methodist Church, 301 E. Drake Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80525. Its new operating hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30am - 5:00pm.
The LTRG-NoCo was formed in 2012 by United Way of Larimer County and more than 50 nonprofit agencies, government organizations, faith-based groups and concerned citizens in response to the devastating High Park and Woodland Heights (Estes Park) wildfires and subsequent flash flooding. The LTRG-NoCo Fund was established to help affected individuals and families address their unmet and ongoing needs on their long road to recovery and stability. United Way of Larimer County serves as the fiscal agent for the Fund.
100% of the money donated to theLong-Term Recovery Group of Northern Colorado (LTRG-NoCo) Fund is used to support long-term recovery efforts to Larimer County residents who suffered losses in the fires and/or flooding. Residents must meet with LTRG-NoCo case managers, who will assess situations, identify resources, and refer residents to possible sources of assistance, including funds available from the LTRG-NoCo.
Eligible uses of the funds include the following:
To prioritize funding distribution, the LTRG-NoCo will consider factors such as financial need, documented disability or health need, single parent, older adult, immediate need for safe housing, and other compelling factors. Documentation, as appropriate and available, may be required by case managers to verify need. An appointment is required to meet with LTRG-NoCo case managers.
